MintHCM - Onboarding Templates - Record view - Generate

This action allows you to generate new Onboardings form the given Onboarding Template. After clicking the Generate button in a record view of an onboarding template, a popup will appear, where you have to choose an Employee you would like to onboard from the list of employees form Employees module. You will also have to provide start date of the onboarding.
After this action is performed all Onboarding/Offboarding Elements related to the template will be converted into either Tasks or Trainings records respectively. Those records will be related to the generated Onboarding.

When a user uses the Generate action in onboarding templates (or onboarding menu, employee record) or in offboarding templates (or offboarding menu, employee record), he converts tasks and training into records in the Tasks and Training modules. Similarly, converts exit interviews into Exit Interviews records.
