Short Description
Appraisal Items can be generated automatically from Competencies. It is started by Create Appraisal action. But, to create appraisal item in this action, there must be at least one competence related to a position. This position must be related to a recruitment. And finally, this recruitment must be related to a candidature you want to create appraisal for.
