Business Description

The meeting module is one of the basic modules in the MintHCM system. It is used to plan meetings with both external and internal recruitment interviews, planning, setting reminders, inviting people who will take part and adding relationships to records from other modules. When creating a new Meeting, user has many options for editing the record. The importand is to fill in the fields:

  • Subject - topic of the meeting
  • Type - where the user sets whether it is a meeting with a client or an internal one
  • Date of the beginning and end of the Meeting
  • Reminder - which is optional but very useful
  • Status - whether the meeting was scheduled, held or not
  • Location - the place where the meeting will take place
  • Relation - these are links with records from other modules that the meeting will refer to

An extensive functionality in the module is a reminder that allows you to send in the form of a popup or e-mail relevant information about the upcoming Meeting to all people added to the record. A useful functionality of the module is the periodic creation of meetings, thanks to this function the user can schedule meetings at such intervals and in the amount that he needs. In order to create meetings periodically, it is enough that in the Repeat field the user sets the repetition interval: daily, weekly, monthly, yearly. To add participants to the meeting, the user must go to the panel below called Scheduling. This panel shows all users who have been added and their meeting schedule on the day on which it is entered in the start date field. To add a participant, user must first find it in the system, a search engine is used for this, in which we can filter users by first name, last name or e-mail address, an additional search option is the Resource name field which is associated with the Resources module.
