Short Description
Stores information about the reservations of resources
Business Description
The module stores information about booking dates of resources.
The user can check if a given resource is available within a specified period and make a reservation.
The user has the option of checking the reservations list with the start date and time and the end date and time of booking a specific resource in the reservation list view.
In addition, the user can check the occupancy of a given resource during the day, week or month on the reservations calendar.
In the reservation creation view, the user must enter a name, select a resource, start and end dates of the reservation and indicate the employee to whom it is assigned. Additionally, it may indicate a conversation or meeting for which the booking is made.
If the reservation concerns business trip, linking a delegation record is also possible.
