Two parameters are available: a limit to a fixed number of records and a limit to the percentage of records. ===== Fixed Number of Records ===== The report will display exactly as many results as will be entered in the restricted box. ===== Percentage of Records ===== In the field with a restriction, the user enters how many percent of records he is interested in. <br> The system will calculate how many records in total the report will contain and then display only a specific percentage threshold (e.g. if the report contains 20 records and the field with the restriction type 25, 25% will be displayed from 20 records or 5 records). {{Process-step-links}}
