Field Spent Time on Work Schedule is the sum of Actual Effort (hrs) on Spent Time records. Users can’t submit Work Schedule if the Spent Time last longer than the Spent Time Settlement. Users can’t create the next Spent time record if the Spent time record for the same period in the Work Schedule already exists.
