Project:Privacy policy
This page explains how personal data is processed on MintHCM Wiki (wiki.minthcm.org), who is responsible for it and what rights you have. It covers this wiki only — the main website minthcm.org has its own privacy policy.
1. Who is the controller
The controller of your personal data is:
- eVolpe Consulting Group Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa
- Aleje Solidarności 46, 61-696 Poznań, Poland
- KRS 0000494749, NIP 7811892697
In all matters concerning personal data you can contact us at contact@minthcm.org or by phone at +48 783 372 094.
2. What we process and why
2.1 Every visitor
Our server records technical data for every request: IP address, date and time, requested address, HTTP status, browser and operating system identification (user agent) and the referring address. This is necessary to operate the service, diagnose faults and protect it against abuse.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure.
- Retention: server logs are kept for 12 months and then deleted.
2.2 Registered users
If you create an account, we process your user name, e-mail address, password (stored as a hash) and the record of your edits. Please note that your user name and the full content and history of your edits are publicly visible and remain part of the wiki's page history.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a service you requested, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the integrity and attribution of wiki content.
- Retention: for the lifetime of the account. Page history is retained after account deletion, because it cannot be removed without destroying the integrity of the wiki.
2.3 Analytics and marketing tools
If — and only if — you give consent in the cookie banner, we additionally use the tools described in section 4.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, and Article 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej) for storing information on your device.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage. Some are necessary for the service to work at all; the rest are used only after you consent.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent and cannot be switched off — without them the wiki cannot log you in or remember your cookie choices. MediaWiki also stores a copy of interface scripts in your browser's local storage in order to speed up page loading.
4. Who receives your data
- Google Ireland Limited — provider of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, acting as our processor. Data may be transferred to the United States on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Advertising personalisation is disabled.
- Mautic — our own installation, running on infrastructure we control at
ma.minthcm.cloud. Your data is not shared with any third-party marketing network. - Hosting provider — the entity operating the servers on which the wiki runs, acting as our processor.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects for you.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- have inaccurate data rectified,
- have your data erased,
- have processing restricted,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To withdraw or change your cookie consent, use the Manage cookie preferences link in the footer of every page.
To exercise any other right, write to contact@minthcm.org.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
- Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych
- ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland
6. Is providing data mandatory
Browsing the wiki does not require you to provide any data beyond what your browser sends automatically. Creating an account is voluntary; without it you can still read the wiki, but you cannot edit it. Consent to analytics and marketing cookies is entirely voluntary and refusing it does not limit access to any content.
7. Changes to this policy
If the scope of processing changes, we will update this page. The revision history of this page is public and shows every change.
