When Days From Start is filled, its value affects Start Date of Onboarding/Offboarding Elements
If the Days From Start field of a Offboarding/Onboarding Element is filled in, its value is added to a start date of the onboarding the element is related to, while generating this onboarding. Therefore, start date of the particular Onboarding/Offboarding Element will be later then the Onboarding's start date. The delay amounts to the value provided in Days From Start field. If the Days From Start field is filled in with 0, then the Onboarding/Offboarding Element's start date is the same as the Onboarding's start date.
