Field Spent Time on the Work Schedules is the sum of Actual Effort (hrs) on the Spent Time records.
Users can’t submit the Work Schedule if the Spent Time last longer than the Spent Time Settlement.
Users can’t create the next Spent time record if the Spent time record for the same period in the Work Schedule already exists.
