Fields

Name		This field allows users to enter the name or title of their idea.
Description of the Idea		A descriptive field where users provide detailed information about their idea, including its purpose and potential impact.
Explanation of the Decision		Users can explain the reasoning behind their decision related to the idea in this field.
Current Decision Maker		This field is not editable during the creation of a record and is automatically assigned to the user responsible for deciding the fate of the idea.
Status		This field is automatically set based on the stage or status of the idea in the evaluation process.
Author of the Idea		This field is automatically assigned to the user who created the idea record.

Below the main idea record, users have access to the following subpanels:

Notes		Users can add notes related to the idea, facilitating communication and collaboration on the idea's development.
Files		Users can upload and manage files associated with the idea. This may include documents, images, or other relevant materials.

Actions Available in the Module

In addition to the standard actions such as Edit, Duplicate, or Delete, the Ideas Module offers the following unique action:

Forward action allows a user to forward the idea record to a decision maker for evaluation and feedback.

Workflow for Decision Makers

Decision makers have the following options when evaluating an idea: Accept the idea for further consideration. Reject the idea if it does not align with the company's objectives or is not feasible. Forward the idea to another decision maker for additional input.
