The number of results can be limited to a certain value.
Description
The number of results can be limited to a certain value. Two parameters are available: a limit to a fixed number of records and a limit to the percentage of records.
Fixed Number of Records
The report will display exactly as many results as will be entered in the restricted box.
Percentage of Records
In the field with a restriction, the user enters how many percent of records he is interested in.
The system will calculate how many records in total the report will contain and then display only a specific percentage threshold (e.g. if the report contains 20 records and the field with the restriction type 25, 25% will be displayed from 20 records or 5 records).
