Short Description

The button allows specific users to accept selected Work Schedules

Screens

The Accept Work Plan button allows the Supervisor or System Administrator to accept the Work Schedules such as Holiday, Free Overtime and Remote Work. The button is displayed when users create one of these types of work plans. The user sees the Supervisor Acceptance Field in his work schedule. After creating the work plan an inscription Waiting for acceptance appears in the field. Accepting the work plan hides the button and changes the field content to Accepted. Acceptance can be withdrawn using the Undo Acceptance button. After these actions the Accept Work Plan button appears again.
