The button allows specific users to accept selected Work Schedules
The Accept Work Plan button allows the Supervisor or System Administrator to accept the Work Schedules such as Holiday, Free Overtime and Remote Work.
The button is displayed in a work schedule created by supervised user record view.
Also, there is a Supervisor Acceptance Field in the work schedule, that shows a status of schedule acceptance. Just after creating the work schedule, a status Waiting for acceptance appears in the field. After the work schedule is accepted, fields value changes to Accepted.
Acceptance can be withdrawn by supervisor using the Undo Acceptance button, that takes place Accept Work Plan button in record view after the acceptance.
If acceptance is withdrawn, the Accept Work Plan button will appear in the work schedule again.
