Short Description
Building the image of the company as an employer among its employees: surveys, ideas and kudos
Description
Employer branding is a functional area that covers everything that shapes how your employees see the company as an employer. MintHCM does not force a single path here. It gives you a set of tools that help you collect feedback, involve employees and show the culture of your organization:
- Surveys - collecting opinions from employees,
- Ideas - employees' proposals and their evaluation,
- Kudos - recognition of employees.
The recruitment process and the sources of candidates are described in Recruitment.
1. Collect feedback with surveys
Use the Surveys module to ask employees about, for example, their satisfaction, the atmosphere in the team or remote work. A survey is available by a link, which is generated when the status of the survey is set to Active. The answers are presented in tabular and graphical form.
See Create new survey for a detailed description.
2. Involve employees with ideas
The Ideas module lets employees propose improvements. An idea has a name, a description, a decision maker and a status: New, In progress, Suspended, Accepted or Rejected. The decision maker evaluates the idea and records the reasoning in the Explanation of the Decision field. You can attach notes to an idea and relate it to an organizational unit.

Giving employees a real influence on the company is an important part of a good employer image.
3. Recognize employees with kudos
Kudos are short messages of appreciation addressed to an employee. The required fields are the Name, the content and the recipient of the kudos. A kudos can be marked as private, or announced to other users.

Visible appreciation supports the culture you want to build in your company.
