Submit button allows user to close a Work Schedule

Submit button allows user to close the Work Schedule. User uses the button if the Work Schedule is filled. After use the action, the record is not editable.
When the Spent Time is longer than the Spent Time Settlement the Work Schedule can’t be closed.
System Administrator and Supervisor can change the Work Schedule status that is Closed for Planned or Worked.
