Short Description

This module allows users to add new Candidates, thanks to which they will be able to participate in further recruitment processes.

Business Description

This module can create new candidates' profiles by providing basic contact details, such as first and last name, mobile phone number, e-mail, or address. You can also add more information like potential, the need for relocation, dates of the previous contact and planned contact, or a short description of the candidate and social media links.

In the subpanels under the candidate's detailed view, we can quickly and easily add other necessary documents, assign tasks, see the history of contacts or assign a candidate to candidatures.

Notably, one candidate may be assigned to many candidatures at the same time.

Candidates module use also last time contact and planned date contact. Every planned phone call, meeting or e-mail appoint next date contact, so we can easily check on the list view or on dashlet, when will be the next closest call or meeting. Last date contact is automatically set when our call or meeting were set as a held.
