The module in which the user plans and manages meetings: adding participants, date and time of relations to other modules.
Business Description
The meeting module is one of the basic modules in the MintHCM system. It is used to plan meetings with both external and internal recruitment interviews, planning, setting reminders, inviting people who will take part and adding relationships to records from other modules. When creating a new Meeting, user has many options for editing the record. The importand is to fill in the fields:
- Subject - topic of the meeting
- Type - where the user sets whether it is a meeting with a client or an internal one
- Date of the beginning and end of the Meeting
- Reminder - which is optional but very useful
- Status - whether the meeting was scheduled, held or not
- Location - the place where the meeting will take place
- Relation - these are links with records from other modules that the meeting will refer to
