This module stores comprehensive information regarding employees' business trips, their costs and duration. All conveniently linked to working time tracking and company resources.
Business Description
It is a module in which the user can create records with information about a business trip and all information about it: travel costs, reservation of resources (e.g. a car), destination, accommodation and time of stay. Along with creating a delegation record, the user can create related records in the Costs and Transport modules. each delegation can be assigned to a specific user or whether it is the owner of the company. In order to be able to create a delegation, it is important to have a designated route with information such as: means of transport, travel date and route. A record from the Trips module can be directly linked to a delegation record. The next step is to create and add a relationship to the Costs record, which shows all costs incurred during the delegation. Each expense is created in the form of a record in which we determine the currency, value and type of cost, i.e. travel, meals, accommodation or other expenses. All trip and cost information is summarized in the main record in the Delegations module in the detailed view. Below the record there are subpanels in which all related records from other modules are visible, such as: Costs, Trip, Work plans of the user going on business trips, Reservations for resources (e.g. a company car), Documents. In order for the user to be able to create a record in the Delegations module, the user must first create a record in the Delegations Locale module in which there will be information about the country of the delegation and possible Regimen costs and accommodation with the applicable currency. This information is necessary to set up a delegation. Delegations Locale module is available in the admin panel, so standard users do not have access to it. Information about the delegation is displayed on the calendar of the user assigned to the record.
